Synaptics' TouchPad device drivers are customized and supported by notebook manufacturers to meet specific driver requirements for their individual products. To ensure the appropriate driver for your device, always use the driver your specific notebook OEM supports. Click on the driver tab, then go to update driver. Click on 'Browse my computer for drivers'. Click on 'Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer'. It should give you two options - Razer Kiyo and USB Video Device. Click on USB Video Device and proceed to install. I don't know why, but when I did this, Razer Kiyo was recognized.
